- Orders can be picked up daily, from 12pm - 6pm. An Email or Call will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING
- Orders are generally shipped within 72 hours (Monday - Friday) using Indian Post or our Other Delivery Partners. Across the India it can take 2-7 Days to Delivery. FREE SHIPPING. We do not ship outside of India at this time.

LOCAL DELIVERY
- During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to shipping" button. Local delivery is available for addresses within 12km of our shop. If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery.
- Orders placed before 3pm during store hours (Monday- Saturnday, 9 AM - 9 PM) will be delivered the same day. Orders placed outside of these hours will be delivered the next day we are open.
- When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.
Cancellation or Rejection of the Order / Items
For pre-paid Orders, in the event of any cancellation or rejection of the Order or any particular item(s) in the Order by Dotpe or Merchant, due to any reason (including but not limited to unavailability), the amount equivalent to the price of the cancelled or rejected Order/item along with the applicable GST amount will be refunded to the Customer, which amount will normally be credited within 3-5 business days from the date of cancellation/rejection.
